Les wants more money from Time Warner Cable to retransmit the owned stations of America's Number 1 Network, including NY and LA, and claims that TWC regularly pays higher subscriber fees to cable networks with smaller audiences than the Eye (espn), TWC says that they don't want to raise rates, Les retorts that they can absorb the costs and still have outrageous profits--the deadline was today, but has been moved to Thursday because the FCC doesn't allow cable systems to drop OTA nets during sweeps and July sweeps end tomorrow night:
