As the Time Warner Cable blackout of CBS-owned stations and Showtime and associated nets (but not CBS Sports or part-owned TVGN?) ends its first week, Mignon Clyburn says that if the two behemoths don't start playing nice and settle on retransmission rights, the FCC will jump in and make them play nice:
