This will probably sound cold, but next time you hear the cast of a TV show talk about being like a family, think of this and ask yourself how many of the show's stars who went on to massive fame and fortune bothered to check on their troubled sister. Not saying it was their fault, or that they could have done something, but that cliche of family on a set is a myth like Icarus.
