He usually plays both roles. Tacopina is a high profile lawyer here in New
York. Big name clients in big time trouble - like Alex. He got Lillo
Brancato Jr. ("A Bronx Tale") off on a cop killing (but guilty on the
burglary that led to the cop killing), represented a number of cops who did
bad things (sexual assaults, assaults, robbing drug dealers) and likes
being on TV.
Alex told his lawyers and PR folks to tone it down until the arbitration
hearing in November. He wants to play baseball (if some pitcher doesn't
take off his head first).

I'm a Yankee fan (go to games and everything!). While I'm tired of the
A-Rod drama, after the wink and nod MLB gave Ryan Dempster for hitting
Alex, his case that baseball is treating him badly grows.
