Albie Hecht, who started out working for MTV Networks' ad agency and went 
on to Viacom as Nickelodeon entertainment chief (the man who greenlit 
"SpongeBob"--and "Blue's Clues" and "All That") and the man who reworked 
The Nashville Network into the National Network and then into Spike, will 
be taking over the former CNN Headline News, which is probably doing better 
than the parent channel with its lineup of female-targeted news and talk 
programs, with Nancy Grace their most well-known host:
