Produced by John Davies, the man known as "Head Producer Guy" in Nathan Rabin's memoir "The Big Rewind" in his chapter on his experience with "Movie Club with John Ridley," AMC's short-lived attempt to redo the Siskel and Ebert formula with a panel of movie critics (however, Rabin and the critic at the San Francisco Bay Guardian had to fend themselves against two vacuous TV celebrity "journalists" on the panel). Needless to say, the fact that Davies is referred to as "Head Producer Guy" instead of by his name is an indication of Rabin's opinion of him.
