The League is still trying to collect a $1.5mil judgment against M.I.A., 
seen clearly gesturing and mouthing an expletive during the Super Bowl 46 
halftime show, and lately seeking public help to discredit it for 
reportedly fibbing about its high standards in the wake of recent events 
such as the nine-figger concussion-case settlement (qv)... league officials 
asked an arbitrator to get involved...
