Big Cheese Media's Hedda Muskat was working on a DMV reality show... brought the treatment to the big agency... they recommended Kutcher's Katalyst, but her plans were to be out of the country when a presentation could be scheduled... the agency saw the idea as "hot", and did the meeting without her... Katalyst went forward with it, with inept people in place of Muskat... DMV ultimately rejected the project...
