That's quite an interesting move. I know Tennant tried to crack the American TV market before (playing an American in the passed-on pilot "Rex Is Not Your Lawyer"), but this is certainly a remarkable way to go about it. We'll see how it plays out. Assuming they keep the title for name recognition, where do you figure this seaside town will be? I'd guess New England - which might be ideal for a lead actor from Olde England. :-)
