just watch the intro video and a "how to video". The "presets" are
worth it alone.
FYI - I have fought with various conversion softwares (ffmpeg, mplayer,
mencoder, VLC, etc etc etc), and this method is pretty darn simple. The
most time consuming part is uploading your source video to the AWS cloud.
