When Al Gore announced the sale of Current to Al Jazeera in January for
them to start a U.S. news channel, Time Warner Cable pulled Current off of
their lineups immediately--however, TWC likes what it's seeing of Al
Jazeera America and has announced that it will be on all of their systems
by spring and in NY and LA by the end of the year:

Now, how about AJA leaning on MSOs (like, say, Comcast) to move AJA off of
upper digital tiers to the broader tiers so that they can achieve some more
parity with CNN, MSNBC and FNC?
