Right. Forgot about Theismann during season 1.0 (the season that was set in an all-too-serious looking and all-too-literal gladiatorial arena). So that would make Christensen the color guy for season 1.5, with Czonka taking over in season 2. Got it.
For the life of me, I don't understand why NBC insisted on milking the reboot the way they did. American Gladiators works perfectly as a summer replacement series, and I actually thought the reboot worked well, save for the hosts (Hogan and Ali were terrible). Bonus points for using the ref from "Dodgeball".
