Actually, they're testing it in Chicago right now and hope to offer it to 
their Xfinity systems by the beginning of the year--it can be viewed on the 
box or downloaded to various devices, but for now Kabletown isn't using the 
UltraViolet cloud-based system that the studios are using for digital 
downloads, according to The Wrap::

IIRC, the test in Chicago is asking for $9.99 for a library movie, but they 
are planning to offer new releases and back libraries of TV series.
