It did improve in the third season. And this is probably a smart move by
Netflix - the cost of producing the show will also serve as a marketing
tool for new streamers to go back and watch the first three seasons. I bet
there are a number of shows in their library that Netflix would like to
make 6 new episodes of to parlay new viewers.
