Six times zones (Alaska and Hawaii). Other than sports and the occasional "event TV", almost everything in Hawaii was time-delayed two hours behind the West Coast feeds when I lived there.

Four time zones. That's why the next-night results show was invented, instead of the 15 minutes before the late news in one time zone countries.
