Shonda Rimes, the creator/showrunner of "Grey's Anatomy" and "Scandal," has 
signed with CBS-owned Simon & Schuster (not Disney-owned Hyperion) to write 
her memoirs--her only other book was a tie-in for Disney's "Princess 
Diaries 2" published by Scholastic (does Scholastic still do the books 
clubs and the Scholastic newspaper in schools, or has the Internet put that 
out of business?):
