Comcast-owned CNBC is reporting that Comcast and Time Warner Cable, the 
number 1 and number 2 MSO in the U.S., are discussing merger--both 
companies' stock are up on this news:

The question is:  Is there any governmental regulatory body who would have 
the balls to stop this merger at the pass?
