The NBC James Spader drama has been given a second season renewal by NBC 
after its fall finale (helped by that sweet "Voice" lead-in) scored record 
Nielsens last night--but with 12 episodes left to air, it's interesting 
that NBC is thinking that the show will have legs before waiting to see how 
it will do in January without the lead-in from "The Voice" and with 
"Intelligence," which we assume is a more typical CBS procedural, 
premiering by then:
