NBC will not stream the opening ceremony live (even though the event will
start at 11 AM ET), holding it for prime time:

Nancy Kerrigan will be an analyst for figure skating and involved what's
being called a "documentary" on the events of 20 years with Mary Carillo,
her first comments since the event:

Sidebar: I did not watch the Women's Long Program on CBS that night.
Instead, we listened live on CBS Radio with Mark Champion on the call. It
was infinitely better listening to him try to describe what the hell Tonya
Harding was doing (if you forgot, she was sobbing because she had a skate
problem and was pleading with the judges for time to repair it, which was
denied)

Bonus sidebar: While the shell of Cobo Arena (where the attack occurred)
remains, they've converted it into an extension of the convention center
it's attached to. Sadly, they chose not to put a commemorative plaque at
the spot.
