The last of the classic trio that brought fans those New York Mets, former Pittsburgh slugger Ralph Kiner, 91, he of almost as many malaprops while a broadcaster as some players or managers e.g. Yogi Berra (an early skipper for the Queens team), passed this morning at his California home.
