I think it's still relevant because it's the closest thing there is to "clean porn". These are gorgeous women dressed skimpily (or just body painted), and almost all with flawless, tattoo-free skin (and Photoshop will take care of the rest). Yes, you can get anything you want on the Web, but I'd proffer a guess that once you start going down that road, past the Playboys (I'm at work, so researching will just have to wait, thank you), you start finding that things start to get dirty (and not from the moralistic perspective): the models get a little skankier, the quality of what you see starts to degrade, and you start averting your eyes a little more.
