I liked the first couple seasons of Clone Wars, but as the characters (and their related action figures) became thinner and more emaciated, I found the animation and overall visual style not only less compelling but also disturbing. It isn't that I demand reality from a cartoon, but the characters were basically combative stick figures with angular movements and bulging eyes. Just weird.
