The Cheers chain--complete with close-but-not-exact audio animatronic replicas of George Wendt and John Ratzenberger as Norm and Cliff--was in airports, so there wasn't much interest in really doing a neighborhood spot in real neighborhoods. I do recall seeing the one in the Cleveland airport, but didn't have time to stop and check it out.
