The loophole is that they could move to any state that did not have its own television station, so they moved the station to Delaware. Well, not quite. It has a Delaware affiliation, but the antenna exists in the Philly antenna farm in the Roxborough section of the city. This is also being done for the soon-to-be new MeTV affiliate in NYC. KVNV 2 (formerly of Ely NV) is licensed to Middletown Township NJ, but will broadcast from atop the Condé Nast Building in Times Square.
