It wasn't a bad Q&A puff piece, but there ought to be a law against any interviewer who begins his/her article by describing the food or drink or where they are sitting down to eat. It doesn't give the reader a sense-of-place. At best it is humblebragging. At worst, it's filler material because it turned out the reporter asked three too few questions.
