Provisional and absentee ballots have not yet been counted, but based on state election law, Crisco cannot call for a recount until the margin gets within one percent of the vote. If the vote stands with HWMNBN holding more than 40%, he will not have to re-face Crisco in a run-off before the general election, where he will face the incumbent Republican Renee Ellmers.
