NBC FALL 2014-15 SCHEDULE

(New programs in UPPER CASE; all times ET)

MONDAY

8-10 p.m. — “The Voice”

10-11 p.m. — “The Blacklist” /
“STATE OF AFFAIRS” (beginning Nov. 17)--The Katherine Heigl-plays-a CIA-op
drama that has already received a lot of razzing simply because it's Heigl
(and her mom manager is listed as an EP). Chicagoan Cliff Chamberlain of
the House Theatre is in the cast, Joe Carnaham's the showrunner.

"The Blacklist moves to Thursday nights in February, after getting the
coveted post-Super Bowl slot.

TUESDAY

8-9 p.m. — “The Voice”

9-9:30 p.m. — “MARRY ME”--The new one-camera sitcom from "Happy Endings"
creator David Caspe, with "HE" cast member (and GF) Casey Wilson playing a
potential bride that will only commit when Ken Marino (in his first series
longer than a web show or Adult Swim show since "Eastbound and Down") says
yes, by mutual agreement, presumably in the last episode.

9:30-10 p.m. — “About a Boy”

10-11 p.m. — “Chicago Fire”

WEDNESDAY

8-9 p.m. — “THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA”--Debra Messing as a police detective
and mother, in what sounds like a procedural with a little bit of
serialization mixed in. Based on a Spanish series (presumably not a
novela).

9-10 p.m. — “Law & Order: SVU”

10-11 p.m. — “Chicago P.D.”

THURSDAY

8-9 p.m. — “The Biggest Loser”

9-9:30 p.m. — “BAD JUDGE”--The Kate Walsh one-camera sitcom (from Will
Ferrell and Adam McKay) where she plays an LA criminal court judge.

 (“The Blacklist” beginning Feb. 5)

9:30-10 p.m. — “A TO Z”--Ben Feldman and Cristin "The Mother" Milioti meet
cute and hopefully continue their relationship cute in this one-camera
romcom, with Rashida Jones as a trophy producer and Katy Sagal narrating
(presumably as Milioti's character talking to her kids in future, just like
Saget on Milioti's old show).

10-11 p.m. — “Parenthood”

"Parenthood" saved by its chinny-chin-chin again and what probably will be
the last cycle(s) of "The Biggest Loser" thrown in as a sacrifice to either
Thursday Night Football or "Big Bang Theory," if that's how CBS is going.

FRIDAY

8-9 p.m. — “Dateline NBC”

9-10 p.m. — “Grimm”

10-11 p.m. — “CONSTANTINE”--The DC comic book come to life.

SATURDAY

8-11 p.m. — Encore programming

SUNDAY

7-8:20 p.m. — “Football Night in America”

8:20-11:30 p.m. — “NBC Sunday Night Football”

COMEDY TBA:

MISSION CONTROL--60s set one-camera about NASA employees from Ferrell and
McKay starring Krysten "The B" Ritter as the team leader trying to keep a
group of horny men under control.

MR. ROBINSON--Mr. Craig Robinson as a musician who takes a side gig as a
substitute teacher in this one-cam show, with the great Jean Smart as his
principal boss.

ONE BIG HAPPY--Ellen DeGeneres' multi-cam sorta-remake of "Will and Grace"
with Elisha "Kim Bauer" (yes, I know she was on "Happy Endings") Cuthbert
playing the gay end of the relationship.

UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT--The Tina Fey-produced one-camera with Ellie
Kemper as the Indiana cult rescuee who decides to take advantage of her
new-found celebrity in New York and runs into brick walls.

DRAMA ALSO SCHEDULED:

A.D.--Mark Burnett and Roma Downey's 12-hour sequel to the History mini
"The Bible," with rotating chairs and immunity challenges (kidding)
(premieres Easter Sunday).

ALLEGIANCE--"The Americans" today, based on an Israeli format and with
Gavin Stenhouse and Hope Davis (Thursdays at 10 p.m. when "Parenthood" ends
its season).

DRAMA TBA:

AQUARIUS--David Duchovny as a 60s LAPD detective going after those dirty
hippies--ITV is producing, but it seems not to be based on a British series.

EMERALD CITY--We're off to see the weird, dark Wizard of Oz in this remake
from the guy behind the Canadian series about a reality show "Siberia" that
was on NBC last summer.

HEROES REBORN--The cheerleader can't be saved because she's a country
singer now, but it's the reboot of the only-good-in-season-1 series about
ordinary people gaining super powers.

ODYSSEY--A conspiracy drama with a potentially very complicated plot (like
it's on cable!), with Anna Friel, Treat Williams, Peter Facinelli and
Steppenwolf Theatre's Jim True-Frost.
