The TV station arm of the media giant and Debmar-Mercury, the syndication 
arm of Lionsgate that syndicates Wendy Williams, "Family Feud" and the 
forthcoming "Celebrity Name Game" (and created "The Tyler Perry Model" for 
multi-cam sitcoms that sells 20 eps of a series to cable and then a back 80 
if ratings are satisfactory, the better to get a sitcom in syndication a 
year or two sooner than a typical network run) are entering a partnership 
that they hope will create audience-interactive first-run series in all 
genres (supposedly that would include scripted series):
