Spike Feresten, the former "Seinfeld" writer who did for two years the 
joyfully anarchic "Talkshow"on Fox late Saturday nights is back on camera 
this fall on NBCU and Hearst's men channel with "Car Matchmaker," where 
he'll use his alleged vast knowledge on cars to get the perfect match for 
his weekly guests--the show's from Ellen Rakieten, the former Oprah 
producer who helped execute (badly) Feresten's former boss' NBC flop "The 
Marriage Ref," which is not a good sign:
