I will be watching this case closely; If Morgan prevails it will easily be
the most important thing he will have been associated with in his entire
life.

The is not unique to Walmart, but for decades it has been clear that long
haul truck drivers are paid on a system that recklessly encourages them to
drive their very dangerous death machines while so sleepy they are
profoundly impaired. One way to bring an end to this is to hold the deep
pockets profiting from it accountable, so that they begin to insist on
safer conditions.
