As Joe Flint finishes his LAT tenure in a frenzy of hot stories (here 
joined by Mike Hiserman), he reports that TW has agreed to arbitration of 
its rates with Cox, Verizon, and satellite, at the behest of a group of 
Cali state lawmakers; the previous story about the complaint to the FCC was 
not mentioned, and DirecTV appears to not be interested... LAT
