The first episodes of each of the most recent six Doctors (not counting the so-called War Doctor, unless you count the free mini-sode where he appears at the end) are currently free downloads at the iTunes Store. Click on the "free TV episodes" section and search by release date and they will appear, or click on the Doctor Who season 8 banner ad, where they shouldn't appear (since they aren't season 8) but do.
