I watched the pilot too. For a while I thought that the Chief of Staff was the same guy as Frank Underwood's right hand man, but I don't think so. Although one of Tea's staff was also on House of Cards.
I'm afraid to start watching another whitehouse show. My head will get all confused with Scandal and House of Cards (which I still haven't finished 2nd season). I'll be wondering if Tea screwed Fitz, does Olivia know, and is Frank Underwood going to kill Tea in an underground garage or a subway station.
