I watched the Bill Hicks documentary on Netflix. Maron and others have said Hicks was involved with Sam Kinison and that they both came out of Houston. Hicks does a scream that sounds like Kinison. But I don't think Kinison is mentioned by name in the documentary. I remember one photograph that showed Hicks and Kinison. Any reason Kinison would be left out of the Hicks documentary? Like maybe the Kinison estate jealousy guarded any reference to Kinison?
