"House of DVF," a reality comp of fashionistas competing for a job with Diane Von Furstenberg, was supposed to add some class appeal to the TV home of the Kardashians, but instead is stinking up in the ratings, and NBCU cable chief Bonnie Hammer, who considers herself a friend of Von Furstenberg and hubby Barry Diller (who she worked for when he briefly ran USA Network in the early oughts), is allegedly embarrassed at the results--poor Frances Berwick, who now includes E! on her watch at NBCU along with Bravo and Oxygen (and is the last remnant of Bravo's Cablevision-owned "Film and Arts Network" days still at that channel) can only respond is that no one gets ratings at the Pop of Culture like Kim & Co. and that "House of DVF" is doing what they expected:
