My forgetful dad, on whom a few weeks ago the family imposed a no-driving-at-night restriction (he's not going to ask his MD about it, AFAICT), apparently forgot to get crescent rolls from any of the local markets, all of whom close Thursday.
Presuming we can't find said rolls at places like Walgreens or CVS that are more likely to be open, and presuming the packaged pie crusts that have been in dad's fridge I-don't-really-want-to-know-how-long haven't turned Fifty Shades of Something, what's the practicality of cutting said crusts up, rolling them compareably to the rolls, and baking them at a reasonable temp?
