Yes.  Kilby's set was designed to appear like a smoking office in an old-money mansion...lots of hunter green and dark-stained wood trim, overstuffed leather chairs, bookshelves behind the desk with office-style knick-knacks, and a completely different skyline out the "window".

I can't remember any new host of a late night show being stuck with his predecessor's set. Maybe the set will evolve through the guest host period.
