Every Worldwide Leader channel will be Oregon/Ohio State and nothing but
Oregon/Ohio State tonight--along with the traditional telecasts in English
(the mothership) and Spanish (ESPN Deportes), there will be a "Film Room"
commentary with three head coaches contributing (ESPN2), a panel of ESPN
analysts commenting (ESPNU--and no Woody Paige, Skip Bayless or Stephen A.
Smith, thank God), an emphasis on "Off the Ball" plays (ESPNews), an
announcerless natural sound telecast (ESPN Classic), commercial-free
coverage with extra replays and iso feeds (ESPN Goal Line, their "red zone"
channel for college coverage), and on streaming site ESPN3, an all overhead
"spider-cam" announcerless coverage, commercial-free "Taco Bell Student
Section" coverage with cameras from the two teams' sections and lots of
cheerleader, mascot and band shots, the Oregon and Ohio State radio calls
and a "DataCenter" commercial-free bombard of graphics, stats and social
media responses:

And there still will be people bitching about the game not being on ABC
instead of "The Bachelor."
