Maybe if he had won an Emmy instead of a Golden Globe for Brooklyn 99?
It's FOX's turn, its comedy bench is roomy, and its late night talent (a common
Emmy host pick) is non-existent.
FOX's last two hosts were Jane Lynch and Ryan Seacrest. Mindy Kaling could
probably do it better, but I doubt it would occur to FOX to ask.
I'll put the over/under on video shorts at 4. Because there's no way Samberg
hosts and doesn't include his Lonely Planet colleagues on the writing staff.
