Rewatching an episode of Craig's Late Late Show with Jay Leno, he told a story of a time Bob Newhart went to a comedy club and heard a comic. The comic asks an audience member where he is from and the audience member says he's from Phoenix. "F*ck Phoenix!" the comic replies, and Newhart is confused why the audience is laughing.
If you watch Leno on Seinfeld's "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee," Leno tells the exact same story exactly the same way, except Leno is the one confused. No Newhart. -- Kevin M.
