As I posted on somebody's Facebook page when I saw this news, I just hope ABC doesn't wreck a new Muppet Show the way they wrecked Muppets Tonight, burying it in the ooey-gooey TGIF sappy lineup. The Muppets are kid-friendly, but there was also adult humor in the original series (and in Muppets Tonight, for that matter), and I'd hate to see bad marketing and bad scheduling damage the franchise again.
