Based on the videos on their web site, the Fox Philly look is the standard FNC-inspired look for Fox O&O stations, but since it rolled out several years ago, the FNC graphics have gotten more obnoxious and the Fox O&O graphics have been tweaked to be less flashy, so they no longer look that similar. About the only time you still see the FNC graphics that inspired the O&O look are when there's a big enough story going on that Fox News produces a special report for the broadcast network.
