Patton has been battling with Salon for quite some time now, mocking their lack of properly edited/vetted content. Salon is probably no more guilty than the others, but they have been doing it long enough that they should have evolved at least a little bit. Patton's selective mockery of Salon errors is juvenile, but in fairness to him, if they'd taken any measures to prevent such errors, he couldn't mock them for it.
