I wondered who was going to take on The Mouse, and always figured it'd be a mid-level operator. Verizon is a very good candidate: nice, deep pockets; decent footprint: probably in price-sensitive markets.
Given the amount of profit derived from Bristol, I'm sure Disney is going to put up a significant fight.
