FWIW, the podcasts and at least this first TV episode are much more
conversations than lectures. It helps mitigate the bloviating he can do during
an invited talk.

I'll pass on this. I used to be a big fan of Tyson's and thought I could listen
to him forever. Then I saw him in person and he droned on for three hours and
lost me. I still admire his expertise, but I don't know that I want to hear him
bloviate on my teevee.
