When I first read David Simon's "Homicide: A Year on the Killing Streets" and when I first watched the pilot episode of "Downton Abbey," I thought there were just too many characters and too many storylines to follow, but I pressed on. I feel the same about Sense8. I hope it is worth pressing on again.
