Having clerked in a DA's office for a year, I'd suspect he was the wet
dream of every defense attorney looking to reach a plea bargain. I admire
his record, but I also think a former DA, especially a high profile one,
could've been a more respectful (and insightful) armchair quarterback. As a
prosecutor, you have to give it to the guy; as a TV talking head, you
don't.
