[link]) on hold, the media firm "sought to gain evidence from an extortion 
investigation that might be relevant" to their case. A hearing was held 
just before the Fourth at which Hogan's lawyer made his case, but given 
that the judge in the Gawker case already ruled the tapes themselves 
inadmissible, whatever info they do rassle out of the Feds might not make 
it either...
