Literally within the hour of my posting, John Records Landecker says he
will leave 94.7 WLS following his Friday-night show.
He refused to call it the R-word... but he's not going to resurface at
another outlet any time soon.
He's fed up with the 70s and 80s stuff that's crept into not just this
station, but many of this "classic hits" format.
His immediate plans are to head to the coast to see his ("Transparent"
costar) daughter and granddaughter.
