About a year after the D!ck Wolf-co-produced TNT series covered the case of Steven Noffsinger, he seeks a jury trial of the parties involved -- including the show's presenters, the county sheriff and the arresting deputies, and a slew of Does -- for invasion of privacy, making false and inaccurate statements, and malicious prosecution... he had to wait north of 4 months in the slammer until the trial... also seeks $75k damages. Second such suit in the show's history.
